Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage for our quality control team.
Bulk Order Returns
Special return policies apply to bulk orders. Please contact your account manager to discuss return options for large orders.
Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference.
