1. Where We Deliver
- Doha — offices, hotels, exhibition centres, and event venues across the city.
- Qatar-wide — Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Lusail, Al Rayyan, Mesaieed, Dukhan, and all other municipalities.
- GCC and international — available on request for bulk orders; we quote freight and timelines case by case.
2. Lead Times
- Branded orders: typically 5–10 working days from artwork approval, depending on quantity and branding method.
- Unbranded stock items: usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Urgent event deadlines: express production and same-week delivery can often be arranged — share your event date when requesting a quote.
Your account manager confirms the delivery date with your quotation and keeps you updated through production. Seasonal peaks such as Ramadan, Eid, and Qatar National Day book up quickly, so we recommend briefing us early.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery within Doha is free for most corporate orders above the minimum order value stated on your quotation. Deliveries outside Doha, multi-drop deliveries, and international freight are quoted separately and shown clearly before you confirm your order.
4. Event & Bulk Delivery Services
For conferences, exhibitions, and company events we offer:
- Scheduled drop-offs timed to your event setup window.
- Bulk packing with cartons labelled by department, delegate group, or location.
- Direct delivery to hotels and exhibition venues, coordinated with your on-site contact.
- Split deliveries to multiple offices or branches across Qatar.
5. Receiving Your Order
Please have someone available to receive and check the order at the agreed time and place. Count the cartons and inspect the goods on delivery, and report any damage, shortage, or branding issue within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
