2. Lead Times

• Branded-order timing depends on the product, quantity, branding method and artwork approval.
• Unbranded-product availability and dispatch timing are confirmed on the quotation.
• Share any event deadline before ordering so feasibility can be checked.

Your quotation confirms the production and delivery schedule. Briefing early is recommended for date-sensitive campaigns and seasonal periods.

3. Delivery Charges

Any delivery, multi-drop or freight charge is stated in the written quotation before order confirmation.

4. Event & Bulk Delivery Services

For conferences, exhibitions, and company events we offer:

• Scheduled drop-offs timed to your event setup window.
• Bulk packing with cartons labelled by department, delegate group, or location.
• Direct delivery to hotels and exhibition venues, coordinated with your on-site contact.
• Split deliveries to multiple offices or branches across Qatar.

5. Receiving Your Order

Please have someone available to receive and check the order at the agreed time and place. Count the cartons and inspect the goods on delivery, and report any damage, shortage, or branding issue within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
