1. Who We Are

Fortune Gifts Trading W.L.L ("Fortune Gifts", "we", "us") is a corporate gifts and promotional products supplier based in Doha, Qatar, serving businesses since 2007. By requesting a quotation or placing an order through fortunegiftz.com, by email, or through our sales team, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Quotations & Orders

• Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability at the time of order confirmation.
• An order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and artwork in writing (email or WhatsApp) and any agreed advance payment is received.
• Minimum order quantities vary by product and branding method; these are stated on the quotation.
• Changes requested after artwork approval or the start of production may not be possible and can incur additional charges.

3. Artwork, Branding & Samples

• You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, any logos and artwork you supply, and you authorise us to reproduce them on the ordered products.
• A digital mockup (and, where agreed, a pre-production sample) is provided for approval before bulk production begins.
• Printed colours can vary slightly from on-screen previews; we follow approved Pantone references where provided.
• We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you instruct us otherwise in writing.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise and exclude any applicable taxes or duties.
• Payment terms are stated on the quotation; standard terms are an advance payment to start production with the balance due before or upon delivery.
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and the payment methods shown at checkout for online orders.
• Goods remain the property of Fortune Gifts until paid for in full.

5. Production & Delivery

• Standard production for branded orders is 5–10 working days after artwork approval; urgent event deadlines can often be accommodated when agreed in advance.
• Delivery is available across Doha and the rest of Qatar, with international delivery to the GCC on request. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
• Delivery dates are given in good faith; we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, though we will always notify you promptly and propose alternatives.

6. Inspection, Returns & Refunds

Please inspect goods on delivery and report any defects, shortages, or branding errors within 48 hours. Custom-branded products cannot be returned for change of mind; defective or incorrectly branded items will be replaced, credited, or refunded in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or missed event deadlines, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar. We will always try to resolve any issue amicably with you first.
